For over Forty-Five (45) years, our President and Team Leader, Chinny C. Okparanta, Ph.D., LSME has worked extensively in the Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, and Biotechnology sectors of the regulated industry. His career has taken him to, among several countries, Brazil, Switzerland, Finland, France, Nigeria, England, Italy, Germany, China, India, and the United States of America.

In 2021, Chinny received the award of Life Member, Society of Manufacturing Engineers (LSME)

He has helped companies on virtually every continent to enhance the compliance posture of their various systems and processes.

Chinny has startling knowledge and experience in the development, installation, and management of Regulatory, Quality, and Validation systems.

In the United States, he has worked as an employee of Ciba as Senior Quality Engineer and Project Leader, Research and Development, and then as Senior Manufacturing Engineer; as Senior Manager, Corporate Quality Compliance at Warner-Lambert; as Senior Manager, Supplier Quality Compliance and Submissions at Solvay Pharmaceuticals; as Director, Quality and Safety Systems at Ortec International; and as Senior Director, Quality, Regulatory and Technical Compliance at Flavine International.

Chinny holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Design and Production Engineering, a Master of Science Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, and a Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Engineering Management. He is a Senior Member of SME (Society of Manufacturing Engineers), ASQ (American Society for Quality), and RAPS (Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society).
